Effective education begins with understanding the developing child. Children's learning, behaviour, emotional responses, attention, relationships and regulation are interconnected with development. Educators need a developmental lens to interpret classroom experiences and respond intentionally.
This course introduces the foundational perspective for understanding how development shapes learning. Through research-informed learning and authentic classroom situations, participants explore how developmental understanding can transform teaching practice.
