Course Overview

Teaching is better together.

You give your best to your students every day. But who makes space for your growth? Kai CIRCLE Teacher Membership 2026–27 is a year-long professional learning community. It’s for educators of every board (CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB, Cambridge and state boards) and every grade, from primary to senior secondary, as well as coordinators and school leaders.

Most teacher training is a one-off workshop. You get an idea on Saturday, and by Monday it has faded. The Circle is built differently. Over nine months, from 5 November 2026 to 15 July 2027, you move through a cycle that turns ideas into lasting practice:

  • Learn: research-informed masterclasses on topics that matter now, from concept-based inquiry to assessment, technology and curriculum reform.
  • Apply: hands-on workshops where you take an idea and shape it for your own classroom.
  • Reflect: Professional Learning Circles every six weeks. You choose your discussion room, revisit what you tried and learn from peers across boards.
  • Connect: online evenings of games, sound, mindfulness and creativity, because wellbeing is part of good teaching.
  • Gather: optional in-person Sundays in Bengaluru to unwind, create and belong.

That’s 42 live offerings in all. Choose a membership band (Discoverer, Explorer or Changemaker) and pick the sessions that fit your role, interests and schedule. All sessions are timed outside working hours.

One session gives you an idea. A Circle gives you a year of growth, and a community that grows with you.

Who it’s for

  • Teachers of every board (CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IB, Cambridge and state boards) and every grade, from primary to senior secondary.
  • Coordinators and heads of department who want fresh, practical ideas to bring back to their teams.
  • Aspiring and new school leaders looking to build their leadership voice and understand the bigger picture of how a school runs.
  • Educators who feel stretched or isolated and want a supportive professional community beyond their own school.
  • Anyone who believes good teaching never stops growing, at any stage of their career.

What you’ll walk away with

  • Practical tools you can use the next day. Every session ends with something ready for your classroom, from inquiry questions and story-shaped lessons to assessment charts and parent-communication scripts.
  • A deeper understanding across curricula. You’ll get a clear view of how different boards think, teach and assess, and what you can borrow from each.
  • Learning that sticks. Professional Learning Circles help you revisit, test and refine ideas over time instead of forgetting them after one workshop.
  • A professional network across schools and boards. These are colleagues you can learn from, share with and call on all year.
  • Renewed energy and wellbeing. Online wellness evenings and in-person gatherings help you rest, recharge and enjoy teaching again.
  • Your own professional voice. You’ll gain the confidence to lead from where you are, share your practice and shape conversations in your school.
  • Session certificates for every offering you attend, to document your professional growth across the year.

Your growth deserves a Circle. Welcome.
